In order to participate in any of our activities, we need you to complete a bit of paperwork. We have tried to make this as easy and accessible as possible. If you are joining us for the first time please complete the sign-up sheet and emergency contact details. If you would like to join us for a ride, course or other activity we will need you to apply in advance and will get in contact with you to confirm your place and provide any further information.
